STT

STT – data centre modernization with financial impact

What was done

Designed the architecture across the data, hardware and software layers while carrying daily responsibility for the operation of the data centre and servers in a 24/7 media environment.

What was achieved

Consolidated data centre operations into virtualized environments and reduced IT operating costs to about one third of the previous level.

The ability to combine architectural thinking, operational reliability, vendor management and cost discipline.

NF

Nerd Fuel – built and sold

What was done

Founded, built and led Nerd Fuel for more than ten years as CEO and CTO. The company provided IT services, hosting, cloud solutions, consulting and customer-specific solutions.

What was achieved

Built the company to the point where it was successfully sold after a structured process and negotiations. The work involved high-traffic platforms, financial sector infrastructure, hybrid environments and security-focused solutions.

What this demonstrates

Does not merely advise but builds, carries risk, makes decisions and sees things through across the whole lifecycle.

AI

AI-assisted learning path for a regulated industry

What was done

Contributed to developing an AI-assisted and optimized learning path concept for the regulated life sciences and medtech sector.

What was achieved

Helped shape a practical use of AI whose goal was not hype but better guidance, structured learning and a more useful path for the end user in a controlled environment.

The ability to work with AI in a practical, compliant way that is genuinely tied to user value.

ISS

ISS – automation, IoT and global digital work

What was done

Solution architecture and global technical leadership in RPA, IoT, AI concepts and digital excellence. Together with a colleague, created most of the foundation of the RPA governance model.

What was achieved

The RPA function saved more than 4,000 working hours per year, brought over 20 automated business processes into production and delivered more than EUR 450,000 in savings in Finland. Globally the annual savings impact grew to about EUR 1.5 million.

What this demonstrates

The ability to build both capability and governance, and to turn early-stage ideas into measurable results, governance models and scalable operating models.

ARCH

Reform of the national-scale service architecture

What was done

Part of a four-person team that redesigned the data and integration architecture for a national-scale service environment in the Middle East over nine months. The number of end users exceeds 50 million.

What was achieved

Contributed to reshaping data, services and integration flows to be more coherent and future-ready at a demanding, large scale.

What this demonstrates

The ability to operate in confidential, politically and technically sensitive environments where architectural decisions carry real operational weight.

DXC Technology – Manager Consulting

What was done

Consulting assignments in digitalization, architecture, automation, integration, security design and business-driven technology advisory. The work has covered the financial sector, connected products, OT environments, AI-assisted concepts and large-scale architecture discussions.

What was achieved

Built credibility by helping clients see a clearer technical direction, practical operating models and better use of data, automation and integrations.
