My background combines strategic advisory work with genuine operational depth in both local and international environments. Board and executive experience includes serving as Chairman of the Board of Nerd Fuel and as technical lead for global RPA development at ISS. Transferred to Enfo in May 2008, when Destia’s ICT functions were fully outsourced to Enfo.
Was responsible, together with the team, for the operation of the data centers in Helsinki and Kuopio.
Worked closely with customers’ IT teams in delivering services and advised customers on development solutions.
Was responsible for Linux-based services; specialized in high-availability and scale-out services.

May 2005 - May 2008

Started as a temporary employee through ProSelectum in May 2005, transferred to become a direct employee of Destia in October 2005.
Managed and supervised approximately 120 Windows servers and the Helsinki data center.
Was responsible for IT services for 120 offices, 3,000 users, and 1,850 workstations.
Management of SAN infrastructure: HP EVA disk systems, switches, cabling, and documentation.
IT security: firewalls, antivirus, encryption software, as well as IT project management.

Led RPA, AI, and IoT projects in Finland: annual savings of 450,000 euros, 35% reduction in process times, and 20% improvement in operational efficiency in selected processes.

Participated in the global RPA governance model and the development of reusable automations.
Member of the Global Digital Excellence Core Team: creation of IoT use cases as well as strategy and roadmap.

Founded and led a Finnish IT services company for ten years, combining business ownership and technology leadership, until the company was sold to Taika Group.
Served as Chairman of the Board from 2017 onward: board, P&L, strategy, and operational responsibility as owner-CEO.
Revenue at its peak was approximately 360,000 euros; the team grew to a maximum of 4 salaried employees and 6 partners.
Led the development of a high-traffic e-commerce platform: over 1 million unique visitors per month.
