Strategic technology and transformation advisor with 29+ years of experience in IT and digitalization. My background combines infrastructure, enterprise architecture, automation, AI, cybersecurity, and business development. I have worked as an entrepreneur, a technology leader, in global development, and in international advisory roles. My most natural role is in a situation where leadership needs to get a clear direction, priorities, and an executable decision out of a complex technology environment.
My next goal is greater senior leadership responsibility in a CIO, CTO, CDO/CIDO, Head of IT & AI, Transformation Director, or similar role, while providing strategic advisory expertise to companies.

- Led a payment systems integration project in the Middle East from January to September 2024.

- Responsible for architecture, data center operations, and 24/7 service continuity in STT’s environment.
- Prepared data center budget proposals for the CIO.
- Designed and developed data, hardware, and software architecture according to business needs and IT strategy.
- Consolidated data center operations into virtualized environments, reducing IT operating costs by two thirds.
- Led workstation standardization and deployment projects, including Windows 7 and Windows 10 development.

- Transferred to Enfo in May 2008, when Destia’s ICT functions were fully outsourced to Enfo.
- Was responsible, together with the team, for the operation of the data centers in Helsinki and Kuopio.
- Worked closely with customers’ IT teams in delivering services and advised customers on development solutions.
- Was responsible for Linux-based services; specialized in high-availability and scale-out services.

Destia (Tieliikelaitos)
- Started as a temporary employee through ProSelectum in May 2005, transferred to become a direct employee of Destia in October 2005.
- Managed and supervised approximately 120 Windows servers and the Helsinki data center.
- Was responsible for IT services for 120 offices, 3,000 users, and 1,850 workstations.
- Management of SAN infrastructure: HP EVA disk systems, switches, cabling, and documentation.
- IT security: firewalls, antivirus, encryption software, as well as IT project management.
