I ran my own IT company for ten years, helping small and medium-sized businesses keep their IT working and move it forward without hiring an internal IT department. The same experience is now available as consulting: I help you understand what is worth doing, in what order, and why – before anything is built.
This consulting is focused on the needs of small and medium-sized businesses. Larger enterprise-level assignments are handled through my day job at DXC Technology.
Billing is handled through a light entrepreneur service – no separate business ID or contract maze, just a clear invoice for the work done.
